v  Nursing Continuing Education-Jenni has a partnership that allows her to offer nursing continuing education credit (for her programs only) for nurses in your organization.  Please ask about this service.  Additionally, she provides a cover sheet with each topic which can be used by other disciplines (social workers, dietary managers, etc) to submit the offering for continuing education through their credentialing agency.

v  Retreat Leader- Retreats are a wonderful way to reward your staff and at the same time, give them valuable training….Jenni has led retreats for hospice groups, nurses, leadership groups, etc.  Most of her topics are applicable for retreat type settings.

v  Staff Development- Jenni has worked with countless organizations to bring educational services to their staff component.  These are usually short sessions of 2-4 hours and provide the means to “get everyone on the same page”.   Jenni can repeat the sessions in your facility over the course of 1 or more days and therefore train all or most of the staff on the same topic.  Training is more effective when a comprehensive approach is used.  Jenni seeks not to just “train” but to create an “experience” that helps the staff integrate valuable learning into their work environment.  When sessions are short (2-3 hr.), Jenni can offer a total of 3 in a single day.

v  Conference Presenter- Jenni has presented for many conferences.  She particularly enjoys offering concurrent sessions.

v  Consulting Services- Jenni works with leadership teams, staff teams and other groups to help them problem-solve, create plans for implementation, and move toward a positive, productive workplace!
